An Unfiltered Monologue

review1I am currently exploring the migraine story of a woman named Sarah, who writes about her experiences of migraine since age 5 on her blog. She is an inspirational woman whose headaches have shaped her life and her experiences but have never uprooted her happiness. I learned these lessons from reading her blog:

1. Just because your disease is invisible doesn’t mean you can’t learn the most you can about it. Sarah researched everything to do with the disease that shaped her from age 5 and learned the in’s and outs of what it meant. ( read this post) 

2. Strong support systems can be what it takes to keep you going. Sarah had the blessing of having an understanding family who kept her grounded.  ( read this post)

3. Your story can help others. Sarah took her migraines and her knowledge of the importance of a service animal…
